The Text World Theory website is undergoing refurbishment! Alongside a fresh design, new pages will be added over the coming few weeks, containing more information and resources on Text World Theory and on the Text World Theory Special Collection at the University of Sheffield. We’re introducing news blogs too (like this one!), to help get the word out about new publications on text-worlds, and related events, symposia, and conferences.
Much of the hard work behind the new look website has been completed by research intern, Aleksandra Vulić, who has been visiting Sheffield on a placement from University College Roosevelt in Middelburg, the Netherlands for the last three weeks. Aleksandra has been working in the Text World Theory Special Collection under the supervision of Professor Joanna Gavins, creating a detailed catalogue for the archive and investigating the development of Text World Theory over a forty-year period.
